P.S. Cher Wang as co-founder and chairperson (Chairwoman & CEO) of HTC Corporation (which manufactured HTC VIVE and one out of every six smartphones sold in the USA) and integrated chipset maker VIA Technologies Inc. Her husband is Wen Chi Chen, the CEO of VIA Tchnologies Inc.

Zhaoxin (Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., also goes by VIA Alliance Semiconductor Co., Ltd.) is Chinese fabless semiconductor company jointly owned by VIA Technologies and the Shanghai Municipal Government. Respectively Zhaoxin was established in April 2013 with a total registered capital of USD$250M. As a joint venture between Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd. who is affiliated to Shanghai SASAC and VIA Technologies, Inc.
